Hospital Food

Magnets don’t taste good

Hello today, I am going to review the liquids at hospitals because that’s all I had for two days. While at the hospital I had the following:

Strawberry Slushie

Ginger Ale. Ginger Ale is probably my favorite because it tastes kind of like sprite.

Tropical Jello (for this blog it is considered liquid). It used to be my favorite but now it’s my least favorite because jello is always linked to traumatic events, like being sick or being in a hospital.

Beef Broth. I thought it would be good but it tastes like heated water.

Chicken Broth. Chicken Broth is my 2nd favorite if you add salt.

Apple Juice. I liked it for all of 2 seconds, then they started to ADD DRUGS TO IT

Magnesium Citrate. Forget what I said about jello, this is the worst thing I have ever had.

So my favorite liquid is probably either the ginger ale or salted chicken broth.

I would recommend having some ginger ale with chicken broth if you have a liquid diet. The apple juice is also a good choice as long as they don’t spike your drink with laxatives. For dessert, the strawberry slushy thingie is pretty good.

Overall Liquid rating: ⅖. Too sweet and links the drink with trauma, so I would not recommend it. (Because if you’re in the hospital then something is wrong).

PS: don’t swallow magnets.
