Name: Bloodfang
Age: 25,000
Gender: Female
When the moon rises high in the sky, the refusal to return begins.
“I will not return no matter what you say!”
Bloodfang, the daughter of Darkwings, escaped Hell five hundred years ago. Everyday demons came to earth to bring Bloodfang back to Hell, but dead demons with ripped wings and blood puddles was all they got. Bloodfang is an amazing fighter. She has great speed and excellent hearing and vision. She can easily hide as shadows, and has the ability to grasp demons with shadows. In this way she can inject a poison that will soon paralyze the demons. If they don’t use the cure in less than ten minutes the demon will die.
After the demons die, Bloodfang will put her hands on their heart and close her eyes. A few seconds later the heart of the demons will escape the demon’s body onto Bloodfang’s hands. The heart is surrounded by darkness, depression, and misery. The heart will combine with Bloodfang’s. She will feel her powers grow stronger. She will hear her heart pounding, she gasps for air, and sweat drops pass her cheeks. When the hearts are fully combined she is now stronger than before. Her thorns grow larger, fangs grow sharper, wine red hair grows longer. Her fierce yellow lights shine brightly beneath the moon. Feathers of crows lay on the floor and suck up the blood the demon had lost.
Why did Bloodfang leave Hell in the first place? She was a curious, brave, and determined young demon. One day she decided to sneak into her father’s room while he was out punishing the dirty human souls. She found his staff dazzling in bright red light. She was interested, so she grabbed his staff and raised it high towards the ceiling. She twirled, hopped, and pointed the staff to an empty wall. Suddenly a mystery portal opened. As a curious 10,000-year-old child, she delightfully jumped into the portal.
Bloodfang reached the ground with a loud thud. She groaned as she stood up. She looked around with her adventurous yellow eyes. Families were walking with groceries in their hands, and friends were skipping with their cameras up high for photos. She was amazed, the earth was so colorful, brighter, and happier than Hell. Someone tapped on her shoulder.
“Hi! What are you doing here?”
It was a little girl who looked like the same age as Bloodfang. Her smile was adorable, her voice was excited. Bloodfang shyly waved her hands.
“My name is Bloodfang. I’m lost.”
The girl’s eyes widened. She grabbed Bloodfang’s hands and smiled.
“That’s a really cool name! I love it! My name is Sakura! Do you wanna come over to my house?”
Bloodfang was a little concerned. She never knew that humans would be so friendly and trustworthy.
“Uhh… thank you? Is it?”
Sakura laughed, Bloodfang awkwardly scratched her cheek. Sakura took Bloodfang’s hand and ran to her house.
Bloodfang and Sakura were great friends. They were always together. They loved shopping for clothes and jewelry, they went to school together to complain about the school lunch, and they watched horror movies with extra large popcorn and soda. Ten years went by so fast, and now Bloodfang didn’t want to go back to Hell. Earth was so exciting, there was so much to explore.
Unfortunately, the demons came to Earth to search for Bloodfang. They killed Sakura in the most violent way possible. Sakura’s blood lay on Bloodfang’s hands. It was warm. Tears streamed down Bloodfang’s eyes.
“Why…why! What did this innocent girl do to die?! Why would you kill my friend?! The only and best one I have!”
Bloodfang’s sorrow ringed the night.
“Bloodfang, you have to return to Hell. You have to take your father’s throne. You can’t waste your time on a human child.”
“I have sisters! Why can’t they take the throne?! I don’t want to be a stupid queen of Hell! I want to have fun! Unlike you idiots!”
“They are too little, you’re the eldest. You have to take the responsibility.”
“If killing my best friend is the way to become the queen. I’m not taking it.”
Thick shadow rose, and Bloodfang was out of reach. The moon shined brightly above her miserable shadow.
